Excellent pool and overall facilities. Sun beds were extremely comfortable and pool area relaxing. Staff attentive and welcoming. Breakfast buffet very nicely presented with many options.

The hotel is just fantastic, located at the entrance of the Maspalomas Dunes, an oasis of luxury and beauty. We have an adventurous mindset so we went to the beach walking on the Dunes - an incredible experience.

The Unique side was very good, warmed pool. Location very good. BUT we visited the hotel spa which was wonderful and really very nice ...unitil when we started to leave all my husbands belongings were taken from the locker- it just was empty, although we were almost the last very few guests there. The staff was not helpful at all and all of it was really very very strange. So it ruined our experience.

This was our second visit and the hotel certainly lived up to expectations. The staff without exception are all so helpful and attentive and made out stay so enjoyable. We definitely plan to return.
