Awesome location of this recently renewed hotel in la Gran Via in the center of Madrid. We reached the hotel early due to the early flight and there where no issues and the reception and we have checked in very fast. The rooms are bigger than the usuals in Madrid and we find the room very clean as well as the lobby and the corridors. There is a cool rooftop that can be used as chill area and to have some drink. At the -1 floor is the breakfast area with good sitting and great continental breakfast. All the staff was great dealing with all the necessities and they are all young people in particular Siraj who helped us in a couple of situations even to store our luggage after check out.

Very nice stay at VP hotel! Staff were really friendly and helpful. We were assigned into a very great room with city scenery. Also the facility and design were wonderful! Will definitely choose VP again next time )

One of the best hotels I stayed in this year. Highly recommended! Feeling thankful to the whole hotel's team for it's hospitality! Great decoration… the whole building, the corridors, the rooms… a very balanced look & feel, I would definitely return the next time I travel to Madrid!

One of the best stays i have had! The staff was well above expectations, the room was fantastic and the location was very good. I had the red level package with all its perks! The lounge had drinks and delicious snacks at all times. Breakfast was excelent with an amazing variety of options.
