Great and clean place with a comfortable room, excellent location, and a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooftop view was beautiful and a perfect place to unwind. It will be even better once the rooftop bar opens, although the space is already great as it is. Everything was tidy and well maintained, and the staff at the reception were very kind and welcoming.

Everything was perfect the ladies were going through my room every day, cleaning the bathroon rubbish, and leaving me every day new towels. I suggest this hotel very nice hotel right in the center of Madrid

The room is cool for the kids and the location

Very nice place, close to metro. It is very convenient to get from the Med Cool festival. Nearby was a small bazaar where you could eat inexpensively. The hotel had all amenities and a terrace with a beautiful view. WiFi exceeds all expectations.

The room is very clean. The staff at the front desk are very helpful, kind and always smiling. Also the cleaning lady is very friendly and cleans very well. I highly recommend this hotel. The area is near the metro, very nice location close to everything. We only walk going to gran via, sol. Etc. In general, everything is perfect!!!!

We liked everything here, the staff, the cleanliness and the location were great! We stayed around 5-6 nights totally, the staff helped us at every question. The rooms are shiny, clean, the location is incredible. We didn't use any transport to see monuments, because everywhere is nearby. I would come back here. Thank you!

fantastic location in the best place in Madrid, 700 meters from the royal palace, on the main and most interesting street for walking, close to several wonderful parks and shopping areas. The hotel tries very hard to make everything great, very friendly staff, nice and very tasty breakfast, small but nice, very clean rooms, small but nice and simple, everything you need to enjoy if you plan to walk a lot and visit Madrid in 5-6 days, this is the perfect hotel for you.

Nice room with amazing terrace

Great place to stay in the heart of Madrid with comfortable beds, great staff and clean facilities. Very close to many of the most touristic places and good restaurants such as La Mayorquina, Pez Tortilla or Churros San Ginés, Chocolatería 1902.

The Design is beautiful, the room was very warm and comfortable. The location was perfect and also the coffee shop downstairs was great!

The VP Plaza is great for every aspect of a luxury hotel: the location, the staff, the rooms and the service- everything is perfect!👍
