A beautiful stylish hotel. The reception staff were always welcoming and helpful. Our room was ready ahead of time, which was wonderful as we had arrived on an early morning flight. The breakfasts were amazing with so much choice of fresh and cooked food. The table staff were really polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms are well designed and have a great view of the plaza with lots of atmosphere.

Good location, big rooms, nice friendly staff, clean rooms with comfortable beds and pillows, there was no noise from the street, we could sleep with open windows though the hotel is very close for all popular sightseeing places

Brilliant location, a metro station 2 mins walk and bars and food options everywhere! Check in and other hotel staff were helpful and friendly, rooms were great value for the price - comfortable beds with awesome decor and a great shower.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was super spacious, very clean, and nice and quiet—perfect for a good night’s sleep. The best part was the location, right in front of the metro station, which made getting around super easy. The staff was really kind and always happy to help, which made the experience even better. The only small downside was the breakfast—it didn’t have a huge variety, but everything was fresh and tasty. Overall, a really solid choice if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place with great service in a super convenient location. Would definitely stay again.

Very spacious room, very clean and with great atrention to detail. We even received a wellcome note in our native langauage.

Responsiveness of the owner . We had to book and check in late and we had a response within 15 minutes . Very convenient and clean . Owner extremely helpful . Would recommend

The price, the powerful shower. It's a basic place but not much more than a hostel for the benefit of a private en suite bathroom. Good location an easy walk from metro stops.

I only missed churros during the last breakfast :-D

Modern rooms, good breakfast and refreshing pool

Nice minimalistic room, clean, comfortable. Actually, quite admirable how they managed to put everything necessary into so compact space. Receptionists were very friendly.

Yadira , the host connected with ua and came to the apartment for our check-in. She explained about the facilities available like heating, and wi-fi login etc. She wqs outstanding as she also sent her the permissions to bring my friend's car to Madrid City Center.

Clean , huge room with comfy bed. Pretty good breakfast with enough of everything. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect part of the city - La Latina , we were absolutely satisfied.

The hotel was perfectly situated to allow for visiting by foot in a beautiful area. It was very clean, and the staff was wonderfully attentive. It was our 15th anniversary, and the staff went out of their way to make our experience there extra special. The breakfast was also very convenient and perfect simple selections.
