The hotel was in an excellent location, central to most activities and old Palma town. Clean rooms, nicely decorated with friendly staff.

As soon as we arrived we were welcomed with a glass of fizz as we checked in. We found the reception staff amazing and really knowledgeable. The building has had a fantastic renovation and a lot of the original features left. The rooms and bathrooms were gorgeous especially the floor tiles which you can’t really appreciate from the pictures. I slept really well in the massive bed with crisp sheets snd a comfy mattress. The roof terrace was an added bonus and the restaurant food amazing and exceptionally good value. We hired some bikes from the hotel which were cheap easy-to find.

Just an amazing value for money. Stuff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms/studios were planty big and view from our balcony was out of this world. Breakfast options were huge, food was very good. Pool area and the pool it self very clean. There is also a table tennis/billiards in the pool area. Gym also.

We really enjoyed this hotel. It is in front of the bus station, which was amazing for us. The ladies from the reception were very nice and helpful, the restaurant has good food and the waiter was amazing. We felt welcomed. It is veeeery close to the sea port. The bathroom can be a little weird if you travel with someone not as closed, because the glass door can be a little see-through.
