It was modern, very clean and the location was steps away from Puerta del Sol and allowed us to walk to almost all the attractions! The staff were sooo friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had many nutritious options and was something we looked forward to each day before we set out on our excursions. We had a really early flight when leaving and figured we’d miss breakfast, but they prepared a picnic breakfast for us which was so thoughtful and delicious.

The staff's excellence was consistent throughout our stay, whether at check-in, in the restaurants, or during room cleaning. Their friendly and efficient service made our experience truly enjoyable. We were impressed by their professionalism and commitment to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction.

It is an excellent hotel right in the heart of Madrid. Location is outstanding. The airport bus stops nearby. Rooms are lovely decorated, bathroom is especially nice and spacious. Staff is great, friendly, polite and helpful. What makes Vincci the Mint even more special is perfect a la carte breakfast which lasts until 2 pm, which is particularly convenient. This hotel is beautifully decorated and maintained, is warm and welcoming. The staff are excellent. The facilities are exceptional with all that you could need for a relaxing vacation or work stay. Special mention for lap pool, gym and spa facilities which really enhanced the experience. Also, the location on Gran Via close to Ucheca can't be beaten

Lovely property … lovely design

Location was in Centro/Central Madrid. Right next to tons of dining, bars and nightlife. Very close walk to many places and short drive to quaint places outside of Madrid. Within a 2-25 min walk you can be almost anywhere in downtown Madrid. Who needs breakfast and in house dining when you can step outside for anything you need. We did love the location that allowed us to get a true feeling of Madrid city life for the 3 days we were there.

Second time staying at the property. This time Got 4 rooms for the family and the facilities, location are all perfect.

The rooms were spacious and the hotel staff were very friendly. One of the staff was very helpful and gave plenty of tips of where to eat and things to see and do. I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Madrid. The location was fantastic.

The building is beautiful. The room so spacious and comfortable, very modern too. Loved the selection of teas, the minibar and the bathroom! So big and comfortable! Breakfast was very complete, with lots of options. The staff were very friendly.
