Customer service was amazing! Professional, attentive and efficient. 10 out of 10. The room we stayed was clean, ample, perfectly maintained and peaceful. Comfortable bed, we had very good sleep.The location is close to the city centre, in front of Campo Grande beautiful park. Excellent parking facility at very reasonable price. Comfortable beds with a great location of the hotel if you need catch the bus (the station is right next to the hotel, the train station about 10min on foot). Staff was great, even recommended me where to eat outside, close to the hotel. Even though the hotel restaurant is great as well.
