This is a really nice and relaxed hotel. The staff are very accommodating, professional and very friendly, the facilities onsite are perfect, the restaurant/breakfast buffet and bar are also very efficient and well maintained. We were travelling with a small baby who just learned to walk so staying in a hotel that has lots of green areas and is pet friendly meant he was happy to be outside watching dogs and the brood of chickens that roam the green near the hotel. The hotel made sure that everything required for a baby was in our room already or was available in the common areas. We liked it so much that we booked it again for our return trip and we would have no hesitation booking again in the future.

    I just stayed overnight, going through the Eurotunnel in the morning. Perfect location for the purpose, Eurotunnel check-in and adjacent facilities (shopping, eating etc.) just a few minutes away. Overall the hotel is OK, very practical. My dog enjoyed the walk around the hotel, there are thousands of bunnies there!

    How clean it was for a quite basic hotel, it does what it promises, a safe, clean hotel to get your head down for the night, before taking the Eurotunnel or Ferry and it's pet friendly. The rooms are very small, but the beds are super comfy with crisp clean linen, spotlessly clean everywhere and would definitely stay again.

    We stayed only one night to take LeShuttle the next day. The hotel is in a perfect location right beside the Eurotunnel. The executive room was very spacious and comfortable for the four of us. The breakfast was outstanding.

    I chose the hotel because of its vicinity to the Eurotunnel. Given the price I didn't expect a lot of luxury. Parking, check-in and check-out went smoothly. Facilities were clean and the bed comfortable. There is a good restaurant for dinner across the street.

    I have stayed here several times before as it is convenient for Eurotunnel. The staff went above and beyond yet again by changing my booking date when booking.com said not possible. Ground floor and parked directly outside my room. quite a few eateries within a ten min walk. Left too early for breakfast yet again.

    I used to stay in this hotel at least once a year before the pandemic. I haven't been there for about 3 years. The room is still clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable. Being right next to Eurotunnel and Cite Europe, the location is fantastic.
