I am grateful for the warm welcome and quality service

Beautiful stay with excellent staff and service !!

Everything was perfect. The location is amazing. Very responsible and kind staff. Very clean and comfortable.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were extremely happy with every aspect of our stay. The level of care and attention was outstanding, just as you would expect from a top-class hotel. Every member of the staff was incredibly polite, attentive, and always willing to help. What they did for my daughter’s birthday made us especially happy and created a wonderful memory for our family. I would definitely recommend this hotel. For us, there is simply no need to look anywhere else for our next stay. A special thank you to Dimitri and Pierre from the Concierge team, Mathilde and Oriane from Guest Experience, and to all the other wonderful staff members whose names I unfortunately cannot remember. Thank you all for making our stay so special!

Gorgeous room, loved the hotel and the welcome we received when we arrived, brilliant service from the staff. Excellent location for exploring Paris. We will definitely be staying here again

Location and excellent service

Great hotel ! Great people. Will be back !

Perfect position, close to bus and train stations. Street is so quiet since it's closed to traffic. There are a lot of shops and café all around. Reception h24

Excellent location. Very reasonable tariff. Definitely not luxe but comfortable beds and good breakfast.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist us. We really appreciated that they kindly stored our luggage before check-in, which was very convenient. The room was comfortable and offered good value for the price we paid. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, we had a great experience and would be happy to stay here again!

The hotel exceeded my expectations! The room was very clean, freshly renovated, and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Everything was impeccable! Next time, I will definitely return to this hotel.

Everything. Location was great, rooms beautiful, I wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellent hotel in the center of Paris. Definitely feel like you're at home. Quiet location, extremely friendly staff. The number one location when visiting Paris.

Loved the room, had that total French vibe to it. The room was large with tall ceilings, double sinks and soaker tub in the washroom. The location was perfect, a short walk to the major attractions or take the metro just down the block. We especially liked walking out the door and a short walk to the Champs-Elysees, beautiful at night when it was all lit up. Neighborhood was completely safe for evening strolls.

A Cousy luxury hotel with excellent location and great service

The Christian Lacroix design was magnificent. Felt like a “destination” not a sterile hotel.

The location, the new and large rooms

Friendly desk, nice rooms, good hygienic and good breakfast

Very welcoming and helpful staff. The manager and his team were excellent and helped to make our stay really special. A small intimate hotel. We had a lovely suite at the back of the hotel overlooking the courtyard which was extremely quiet with excellent silent air conditioning. The location is superb.
