The hotel was nice and in a good location, easy to get around, the subway station is around the corner.

Location is good a lot of transport access and and many restaurants near by.

The room was a good temperature, like the layout of the room. Very quiet. Very clean and the food was lovely. Amazing butter and sausages for breakfast. The staff were super friendly.

It was easy to visit the city either by walking or by metro. Safe area and we appreciated having someone at the reception 24 hours.

when we arrived we were asked if we want to replace our room to bigger one for same price or to same size, but with view on eifel tower. it was wonderful, we were very happy about this option.

Check-in time was supposed to be 3pm but we arrived at the hotel around 10am and they graciously checked us in. We appreciate their kindness. We were out all day and never used the Wi-Fi. So we have no comments on the quality of the Wi-Fi

We loved the quiet location in the heart of ‘real’ life. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Our family room on the top floor and at the rear of the building was spacious and quiet. Perfect for us. A lift was a nice bonus, and air conditioning if needed. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Everything was wonderful. The room was spotlessly clean, with crisp white bedding. The staff were very polite and welcoming, and check-in was quick and smooth. We especially loved the quiet backyard. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was very comfortable and clean, the staff was very friendly. Bus station is located one step away from hotel and in around it there are various bakeries and grocery store.

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Lucas ( night shift) and Charles . Also would like to appreciate Luca for finding a restaurant that served onion soup for us. Lucas and Charles were very helpful and friendly which made our stay very nice. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed plus we had a view of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony. The room was cleaned everyday and it was nice to come back to a clean room after our sightseeing. The location of the hotel was good. Close to the metro and shops and cafes. Also daily there is complimentary cake and sandwiches and coffee & tea at the reception from 4 pm to 7 pm. That was a nice extra to have. We would recommend this hotel
