Staff very helpful and went out of their way to meet our needs. We travelled for 6 weeks in Europe and they were one of the best. eg Transport advice, bag storage , chilled our wine provided etc , Good location to catch the bus and trains. Everything was fabulous. The staff, the room, the parking underground secure, the breakfast magnificent. The location was perfect for us with access to train, bus and metro right across the street only 18 minutes to the city. Highly recommend.
