Everything was magnificent. Welcoming, professional staff. Nice breakfast and wonderful restaurant. Everything is new, stylish.

The Lutetia feels like home. It's an incredibly classy experience, the luxury never goes overboard but is always there. The location is great, rooms are elegant and flawless, and the gym and spa area are fabulous, surprisingly so for an inner city location in the centre of Paris.. What impressed me particularly was the attention to the slightest detail, and that each and every member of staff seemed to know my name. The downside is clearly that all this has its price: room rates are pretty expensive.

Everything was perfect: staff, location, overall hotel! Winter terrace restaurant for Fondue is a must!

I took my grandmother to stay at Pavillon Faubourg Saint-Germain & Spa, as the hotel looked lovely and is conveniently located for someone who wish to stay close to the river and the main sites It was easy for my grandmother to walk to the many nearby restaurants and to the Louvre. The hotel was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and to especially good care of my grandmother, we even had a dip in the hotel pool ! The room was comfortable, clean and tidy and the breakfast buffet was also very tasty. I will stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Paris.

This hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed at but also one of the most expensive but you get what you pay for. The location is terrific, a few minutes walk from Museum Orsay and all attractions. You can’t get a better location. It’s newly renovated which is also nice. Breakfast is very good (it’s not a buffet; someone actually makes it for you) and the staff are nice, humble, and don’t want to impose on you (not over the top like in other hotels). Proper shampoo and products can be found in the room. Rooms are clean albeit a bit stuffy due to their size but this is a city after all. This is not a noisy hotel due to the price as it’s a different and older type of traveller. Would come here again in a heartbeat.

The reception, concierge and porters were all exceptionally friendly and offered a great service. Every morning a lovely gentleman brought me hot milk for my coffee in record time. The room was comfortable for a solo traveller. The location of the hotel was perfect for my trip of discovery.

Very inviting personnel. The cleaning was done everyday. A lot of cafe, boulangeries and markets on the street. I forgot my jacket and the host send sent me a message about it. I really appreciate it.

The location was superb: a lovely, interesting pedestrianised street with great food and an authentic 'village' feel. The room wasn't huge but, considering the location, it was a good deal and cosy overall. The staff were excellent, helping me hugely when I had trouble with my transport. I would definitely stay there again.

This property was so close to everything and made our stay in Paris very comfortable, it is in a quite street with all that you need close by. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. After a long day of sightseeing the plunge pool is a welcome relief
