It’s not anything like Iv stayed in before and close to everything in town.

The restaurant, food and services were fantastic. Anna, at the Reception, was very helpful, making things very easy for us.

The location of hotel is great. The hotel staff is very friendly. The facilities in the hotel are very clean. We have enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel was very clean and tidy, the rooms were cosy, and the beds were so comfy, perfect after a long day's travelling. The staff went out of their way to help us with our needs, we would definitely recommend it to others and stay there again

A nice young man at the reception is particularly friendly and accommodating. his name is Ovidiu. He takes care of all guests' worries and has a calm and positive way of inspiring people, so they'll want to return. I hope the hotel manager passes on this praise to the staff. The accommodation is all about customer experience and satisfaction. Very thoughtful, artfully designed, comfortable and best of all historic. Food was creative and delicious.

Everything! From start to finish the staff was kind, friendly, attentive and exceedingly helpful. The room was perfect; nice, updated and comfortable. The English breakfast was delicious. Coffee was superb. It was in an ideal spot for our next day cruise. I would go back there any time!!! Thank you Ennios!

We arrived at the property and were told locks had been damaged so we couldn’t stay there. Found us a replacement but we couldn’t check in till midnight as the cleaners were struggling because of the heat When we eventually got given key safe codes there were no keys in there

It is a lovely place, very clean, with very kind personnel. The Southampton Common is just a few minutes away, so I would say that location is far better than many places in the city centre. I highly recommend this place.
