Graham and Bridget were very welcoming and friendly, breakfast was very nice and a good aray of choices, location is excellant right in the heart of everything only around a five minute walk to the winter gardens, the tower and top attractions, would highly recommend staying here, we have already booked our room for next year

The location was great! Just far enough away from the madness but close enough to walk to everything. As a family of 4 it was a great spot to stay

I loved the location, 5 minute easy walk from the train station and right on the front opposite the North Pier. The staff we're so helpful and friendly too.

It was really clean, tidy and spacious in a family room. We needed the heating on as it was a cold weekend, and the room warmed up really quickly.

Owners were friendly and very helpful. Room 8 was fabulous. Had everything i needed and very comfortable. The breakfast choices were great and full English breakfast was exceptional. Would definitely recommend.
