They were accommodating of all our needs and took care of all the details discussed. The location is superb if you are into London’s food scene, but also a stone’s throw away from multiple transport options that can take you anywhere around town.

The reception area, the restaurants, and the rooms were exceptionally well-designed. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff were also among the best I've experienced in London. However, this is a 5-star hotel, so these high standards didn't surprise me. What truly blew me away were the training facilities; they were outstanding!

If you're planning a stay in London, stay here, it's amazing. I've stayed in many places around the capital, and I had a better time here than in any other hotel. The owner was very helpful upon checking in and made sure we got there without issue and once we arrived, I was blown away by the thought that had gone into making our stay comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, with quality mattress, pillows and sheets, while the room had everything you might need, and then some. I had the best night's sleep I've had in ages. On the ground floor, there is a communal kitchen/ lounge area with complimentary drinks and snacks, as well as all the kitchen appliances you might need if you prefer to cook for yourself. There are also a couple of washing machines/ dryers for laundry. I found this to be excellent value for money and the next time I'm in London, this is the only place I'll consider staying at. If I could score it higher than 10, I would. Well done to the owners and management who have obviously put a lot of care, effort and love into this place. It's a fairly new venture, offers something a little different, and I love it.

Nice big apartment at good location to visit Olympic Stadium. Acceptable walking distance to Bow Road Station for underground connection to visit London, and to supermarket and pub. Clear instructions from Rental agency.

The hotel's location was excellent, close to the British Museum and King's Cross station. It was within walking distance of Oxford Street and very close to a bus stop and underground station. The breakfast was both plentiful and of high quality, as well as delicious. The bowling alley downstairs was surprisingly fun. The area was safe and there were 5-6 different fast food stores nearby. The hotel wasn't new, but it had a certain 90s nostalgia about it.

We stayed here for a few days with three people and the apartment suited us very well. It’s less than a 5-minute walk from Regent’s Park and Baker Street Underground station. There’s a supermarket 100 metres away, and a small shop around the corner where you can get nice coffee and sandwiches. When we arrived, the host had already stocked the fridge with some essentials and there was a full bowl of fruit. The beds and the shower were great. We would happily stay here again on our next trip to London.
