The room, the garden, the breakfast all make me so happy. They were quite busy with parties & afternoon tea, and yet we were treated like we were VIPs. We ate in the comfy chairs in a room with fireplace & lovely Tudor decor, fireplace & walls. Customer service was perfect! We previously stayed in Brentwood at this hotel in Dec & found it to be fabulous. Again this time, greatly delighted by our time here.

Spacious rooms and bathrooms , which have been maintained well. Very clean and organized. The location next door to train stations and surrounded by shops. The restaurant and bar were perfect . Delicious lunch and dinner menus.
