Excellent location. Very comfortable bed. Good shower. Clean room. Very good breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I had an outstanding experience which easily exceeded my expectations. Cool staff, well-sized rooms with everything you need. Beverages restocked daily. The lobby, bar and restaurant are second to none - modern, comfortable, polished. When I return to Liverpool, I won’t hesitate where I will be staying.

The hotel and rooms are clean. The bed was great. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is extra heating opportunity which is rare in hotels but it was essential in minus 2. The location is great, everything is in walking distance. Even if it is in the middle of party ditrict, nights are moderatly noisy, but one could sleep.

Great location. Lots of historic features loved the old fashioned bathroom. Hope they don't modernize it . We need to see the history.

Nice Hotel, close to the center, just 10 minutes walk. It is located off the Lime train station. Specially Mrs Megan has helped a lot with an import issue. Breakfast was ok. Thank you again for your hospitality.

The location was excellent, the room was clean, the staff were friendly and kind, and it was good value for money.

Great place to stay, it is near the Lime Street station, but wasn't that loud, of course you can hear some noises from the street. We were staying in Sunday and it was fine. The room and private bathroom were clean, shower gel and soap were included, some tea, coffee, biscuits and electric kettle were included.

It is located at the perfect spot, small walk to all the sights you need to see in the city center. Lots of pubs and shops around to get something if you need it. Also the staff is amazing, helped me out big time when my phone charger broke. Bless you guys for that, a special Sue she was amazing! Would 100% come back here.

Everything you need and location was perfect for getting into town for our hen party plans. We stayed in apartments 1&2. Only notes I would make is we could have done with an oven tray and a sharp knife. Also the windows downstairs didn't open so it got a bit stuffy, but aside from those small points we had a great stay!

I only stayed for one night but I found it great....the location was perfect and the room almost had everything I needed.... which leads me to the highlight of my stay, which was a staff member who is a big Everton fan, having to help get a remote control for me (a big Liverpool fan) for the TV in my room 😁 Overall very good, and very helpful staff, and thank you again to the very kind Toffeeman to who I'd like to send a special message which is..... YOU'LL NEVER WALK ALONE!!!! 😂😂 Jason Ray.
