This hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic — right in Kensington, within walking distance of the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Natural History Museum, the Royal Albert Hall, parks, supermarkets, and the tube. We barely needed public transport. The staff at reception were genuinely kind and even allowed us to check in early. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom surprisingly spacious and modern, especially the shower. For central London, the room size and price felt more than fair, and everything matched the description perfectly. Clean, comfortable, and in one of London’s best areas — we would gladly book again. A true hidden gem and definitely underrated.

The room was great, small, but I didn't plan to stay much in it. It was very clean, quiet and i couldn't ask for a better location, close to subway, restaurants, supermakets. The staff was friendly and helpfull, shout out to Amit how helped me with some prints I need to do.

I don’t usually write comments, but I’m surprised about how much bad comments under this hotel, I stayed 2 nights and extended 4, it’s very comfortable and on the budget. Rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful ( special thanks to Lewis ). Location is perfect near all restaurants and attractions. People are complaining about no window or small rooms when all details are explained. I will definitely come again.

Everything, from the facilities, to the amazing staff and great meals. The location is top notch - close to shops, restaurants and cafes - close to museums and Kensington Gardens - there are two underground stations close by - the neighbourhood seems safe

The hotel is an oasis of freshness and peace in the hot, bustling London. Room has all what you need including kettle, good quality tea bags and shortbread and of course Nespresso to prepare coffee. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast very good. Staff very professional, polite and friendly.
