This hotel is beautifully designed and exceptionally clean. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and professional. My room was spacious and stylish, with a contemporary design, a very comfortable king-size bed, loads of storage space and a comfortable seating area. The high-quality furnishings and thoughtful layout made it a relaxing place to stay.

Absolutely everything. A very special hats off to the perfect retro and art nouveau feel.

We stayed during Christmas time and I. LOVED. IT. The decoration, the cosy vibe, the area it is in. Absolute recommendation.

Perfect location for accessing London due to proximity to central line

Just a short walk from Hammersmith Station, this place is a real gem. The rooms are big and spotless, cleaned daily, and there's a lovely bar and beer garden downstairs that make it feel like home. James and Barbara were amazing — kind, attentive, and always ready to help. I can honestly say this was one of my best stays. If you're coming to London, look no further: it's great value and exceeded my expectations in every way. I spent time in the bar and beer garden every day and loved it. Thanks so much, James and Barbara, for making my stay fabulous!

Location was great for the Hammersmith Applo . Staff were very friendly. Hotel room very comfortable.

A great location for Shepherds Bush O2 . Also really convenient for central London, 15 mins in Central Line to Marble Arch, Oxford Street. The hotel is extremely clean and extremely quiet. My room was very comfy, breakfast had a good variety and enjoyable. Staff were friendly and helpful. If I visit London again, I’ll definitely stay here. Pizza Express next door to hotel and a variety of eateries nearby.

Location, quality and price.й There's a good breakfast cafe across the street. They make good espresso.

We enjoyed everything about the property. Although the apartment we had wasn’t big it was enough for a weekly stay. The location is wonderful!! Close by to a subway station (we usually walked to the High Street Kensington Station – it was a nice 15minute morning walk). Moreover, bus stops, Holland park with Kyoto gardens, groceries and an English pub were really close as well.

Location was good. The area was nice. The room had almost everything needed for a short stay. The small space was used quite effectively, the sofa was very comfortable and the shower was decent. The free teas and coffees was a nice touch.

The hotel was amazing. I expected cold and old room, as in London usual for this price. But everything was perfect, space as enough, warm and very quiet room. Very good location to bus close to Kensington High Street and all sights. museums are also very clos. I really recommend this hotel and I will come back.

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton London Olympia! 🤍✨ I would like to thanks Mr. Sam, He is very nice person welcome us and make our trip amazing by choosing for us this room. The room was amazing, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What I loved most was the beautiful view from the window, overlooking the road and the Olympia area. It was lovely to sit and enjoy the view of the city. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to the surrounding area and local attractions.

All team of BW were highly cooperative and cheerfully ready to help & support. Ms. Anh were very prompt pre check in & at check out , Ms. Sandra were quite attentive during my check in and post as well during stay as well Mr. Javed was managing perfectly.

The heater worked perfectly, keeping us warm and cozy, and the bed was super comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. The location couldn’t have been better! Hammersmith Tube Station was just a short walk away, with plenty of cafés nearby. Plus, there was a playground close by, which was perfect for our little one. We had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch service. We will definitely be back!
