Youngs Real Ales were superb, hotel staff very friendly and helpful, Lovely room, food great (The Full English Breakfast sets you up for the day!). The Pub/Hotel seems to be a focal point for the 'locals' with various uses and groups (outside of those just wanting to eat/drink) changing daily and throughout each day -the 'best jumper (as in woollen Jumper) for Dogs competition was fun. Overall a great Hotel with a real sense of Community.

Excellent location. Battersea is a very lively area and has lots of things to do. Good restaurants around the area and nice shops too. There's lots to do and both underground stations are walking distance. the staff are ever so helpful, courteous and very polite to name just a few, Rodrick and Tiamdel.

The location is excellent. 5 minutes walk to trains and buses. The hotel itself is extremely well equipped with all sorts of activities available. Breakfast options are broad with a great view if the marina.

Beautiful, large art deco-styled room perfectly located above an excellent pub, near local restaurants and transport. Staff were amazing - they upgraded our room and gave us early check in, which was extra lovely after we had just flown 24 hours from Australia.

The rooms we really lovely and had such a boutique hotel feel to them. It was a huge and very comfortable bed. The staff were really friendly- from the people on the front desk to those in the bar, to the room staff, everyone was helpful and interested.

The location is perfect especially for people who have interviews in the US embassy

we had an corner amazing room with expansive views of battersea station and the thames river. the sunsets were gorgeous. our room was luxurious and very comfortable with a beautiful tub overlooking the river, spacious shower (my husband is a big guy!), and well great courtesy toiletries (thank you for the toothbrushes!). we have a toto wc at home, so it was wonderful to find it in our room, in a well lit space. room service was amazing, and the cappuccinos at breakfast were the best i've had outside italy. oh, and the wait staff was extra nice to our yorkie, bringing water and a bit of ham for him!

I liked the pub quiz on Tuesday evening and I am especially grateful for being guided to Herne Hill Station so perfectly because the TFL app does not always know the best or fastest way from one point to another, but I always reached my destination perfectly in time as I followed the advices the staff gave me. Thank you very much for that!

The staff are great and very warm and also very professional. We love the location. Breakfast is great! The hotel has a lovely atmosphere. We loved the art !

The location was perfect and really quiet area. It was very homely and very clean. The staff were lovely and I had a few questions on how to get to places they helped me. Beds were comfortable and the room was nices and cosy.
