We loved the experience, the atmosphere (like evening drink), the location is amazing, (BUCKINGHAM PALACE, restaurants, Victoria station) The team was so kind and courteous. Made sure the cab driver is safe. Helped me surprise my daughter at her birthday (brought baloons, card and chocolates to the room!). Little kitchen is usefull! Great shower. It was absolutly perfect. TNX.

The neighborhood is safe with plenty to do, the on-site restaurant is fantastic, and the hotel's interior design is very chic, complete with high-tech room details and unique snack additions.
