Location, facilities, friendly, great service

Great hotel, I had stayed on Christmas Day and it couldn’t be better, very clean, comfortable and spacious room, the restaurant serves a great food, and they have a late night service with pizza which was very helpful. Smoothie check-in, great staff, I would definitely recommend

Excellent hotel. Very convenient location - metro nearby, very cosy area. The hotel itself is located in a very beautiful building with a mini garden. The room is clean, spacious, with all amenities, separate shower room. I will definitely stay here again.

The room was fantastic. We had a huge room and bathroom, fantastic interiors and spotlessly clean. Lovely bathroom products to use and it even had a full length light up mirror! The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed in the room.

Everything went good. The hotel is easily accessible by buses or trains. Good money value.

location was fantastic close to Victoria coach station hairdryer, tv and tea and coffee making facilities in the room staff were great and changed the floor because of my elderly mother . This was incredibly helpful!

The staff is very polite and ready to fulfill any request you may have. The location is also amazing. Oval tube station is only 2 minutes walk away. Since I love to walk, even Big Ben is 40 minutes away. The City of London is 11 minutes by tube.

Everything, stunning interiors!

Lovely atmosphere created in the main by the staff who were excellent throughout. Special mention to the morning crew who greeted us for breakfast with a smile and lots of chat. The room we stayed in Aldrin was spacious and ideal for our needs for the two nights we stayed there. Convenient overground trains to both Victoria and Blackfriars makes getting into Central London very easy. The pub downstairs is a real plus and there is a great outside space both in the front and back of the bar.

I liked the pub quiz on Tuesday evening and I am especially grateful for being guided to Herne Hill Station so perfectly because the TFL app does not always know the best or fastest way from one point to another, but I always reached my destination perfectly in time as I followed the advices the staff gave me. Thank you very much for that!

Brilliant breakfast, very quiet room in a quiet location, greatly appreciated! While the plumbing was rather typically British in being low pressure, the hotel gives the best towels of my whole 6 week holiday...
