The hotel has a unique location near Hyde Park, Oxford Street and Edgware Road, and the staff are very friendly, always smiling and helpful.

The spacious room excellent bed and fluffy pillows. The staff maid it there mission to go the extra mile. So lovely and relaxing.

The comfort and relaxation were the two main advantages. Everything was chosen with care from the bedding to the towels, the room decor, the bathroom, the toto washlets. Everything Especially the signature smell.

Everything from the reception to the room . Rooms are new , beds are comfy & toilets as we do have in Middle East .

Beautiful, unique space with so much character. The staff were fantastic and made me feel very welcome. I was able to use the club facilities for several hours after I checked out, and everyone (both staff and members) were friendly and welcoming. This will be my first choice when next I need a hotel in London.

Excellent Location, 5 stars for Receptionist Yahia who was very welcoming and helpful when needed, as well knowledgeable about the area and recommended a few good places. The bed is comfy, the internet is high speed, and the place is very clean.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Was put off but prior reviews but it seems like its under new management and things are much better. The room was clean and comfortable and most importantly given recent heat waves, it was COOL. A bit cramped for space but regardless good value for money I think. Would 100% recommend.

First of all, I would like to highlight its excellent location. The hotel is situated in the very center of London, close to the метро and shops, which makes it extremely convenient. Many key places can be reached on foot, and Marble Arch Underground station is just a three-minute walk away. This was my first stay at this hotel, but I am confident that I will continue to stay here in the future—the location truly won me over. The staff also deserve special praise. They were very kind, attentive, and always ready to help. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making guests feel comfortable. As for the breakfast, it was very good. Although it was not a buffet (which I usually prefer) and was instead à la carte, the selection was excellent. There were different types of eggs to choose from, as well as avocado, tomatoes, vegetables, fresh pastries, and the coffee was very good. Breakfast was served quickly, and overall I was very pleased with it. The room was comfortable and well-equipped. I had half-board, and overall I was very satisfied with my stay. The bathroom had a hair dryer, the room was warm, and, most importantly, it was very quiet, which allowed for a truly restful experience. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would happily recommend this hotel.

A charming, beautiful, historic house, with the exceptional Ann making sure we were looked after. Vintage charm with modern touches hidden away. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
