A beautifully run private 5 star hotel that fully understands the needs of travelers, staff could not be more helpful and extreemly knowledgeable regarding the area .... Last Monday was a non rain day they suggested I walk to Richmond (10mins) and cut down by the river which has lots of cafes etc so get your coffee there. I was so happy I booked for next month when I'm visiting London again. The View of the Thames is unbeatable and it hadsn't changed in a 100 years. Thank You to all the Staff XXX

On arrival the staff were so accomodating and so friendly. They made me feel so welcome. The room was spacious, clean and luxurious. Literally every little thing has been thought of. I cannot recommend Maids Guest Rooms more highly and it will be my first choice for every trip I make to London

We got an upgrade to the Dutch Suite, which was very large and comfortable. The evening meal and the breakfast were excellent and the restaurant and reception staff extremely professional and friendly. We used the pool and the sauna, which were both very good.

When I fell seriously ill they were brilliant looking after my dog and calling an ambulance. Cannot rate them highly enough.

Gorgeous pub accomodation. Free parking. Food was great. Staff were exceptional.

Room was in pristine condition, bed was very comfortable. For me the highlight was the level of service from the staff here, honorable mention to Zubair who was incredibly helpful and kind. Thoroughly impressed yet again.

I recently stayed at Osterley Park Hotel and had a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was comfortable and clean. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would consider returning in the future.

Nice room, friendly staff and a nice Pub

Richard and Alla were amazing staff, so friendly and helpful with everything. The breakfast was really worth the money. Our original room was a bit small so we upgraded and the room was perfect.

I wanted to express my heartfelt thanks for the wonderful stay I had at your hotel. Everything was perfect and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The service, facilities and overall experience were excellent and I really appreciate the hospitality shown to me. Our room was upgraded for my special day with my girlfriend. The view of the Thames from our room was unmatched. The bathtub was also magnificent. A big thank you to the hotel staff for the friendly welcome. It was a trouble-free stay and will definitely be my only choice for my next stay in Richmond.

Receptionist at check-in and check-out was particularly friendly and helpful. A wonderful first impression was made. I was actually delighted with the room - it far exceeded my expectations, was fully stocked with everything I could need and incredibly well furnished.

We visited during Easter break to watch a rugby game at the Twickenham Stoop. It is very close to the field. The hotel prepared a bottle of wine, easter chocolates, and above all, a heartwarming handwritten welcome card. Staffs are very kind and always ready to help.

We loved the vintage feel, it was private, warm and comfy.
