I absolutely loved my stay at The Hari. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The rooms are beautifully designed—elegant, clean, and very comfortable. The location is also perfect, just a short walk to everything I needed in London. It truly felt like a boutique luxury experience with a warm and personal touch. I will definitely return!

This accomodation is amazing. All the staff is really kind and available to fix problems or to answer to all the questions. Is located in Chelsea so, close to Sloane Square Station and all the main experiences (such as Westminster, Buckingham Palace or the Natural Science Museum). Our apt was comfy, clean and perfect for a couple. Own kitchen, bathrom with shower and a double bed. Nearby there's a Sainsbury's and a Pharmacy. Perfect location. We will definetely came back asap. Good job guys!

Location is great room has. Everything you need

Clean, warm, no bad smells, no damaged and old furniture. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Only 20 min to Harrods, 20-30 min to Hyde park and Mayfair or Big Ben. Close to train station. You will want to return.

Its a budget hotel for sure. The rooms are small but they are clean, the staff are first class and the location is perfect. It is also situatated on a quiet street.

Front desk is a very helpful, Wi-Fi is very good every where.

I stayed at The Grapevine Hotel for 2 nights with my wife, and daughter . we had a very good experience. The receptionist staff were amazing, very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of Victoria Coach Station and Victoria Railway Station. There are also many bus routes nearby, which made travelling around London very easy. Buckingham Palace is also only around a 20-minute walk from the hotel. The weather was very hot during our stay, so I requested an extra fan at reception. Within 5 minutes, a staff member brought an extra fan to our room, which we really appreciated. Another great service was the free luggage storage after checkout. We checked out at 9:30am and left our luggage there until 8:30pm before collecting it. The staff were very happy to help and made everything easy for us. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would definitely recommend The Grapevine Hotel.

Very close location to all sightseeing.

We loved the location of our room front facing looking over the square. Staff was very curious and helpful with restaurant suggestions. Our room was neat organized and perfect for a couple.

Had the continental breakfast (prepaid) and could not eat it all. Seriously - orange juice,coffee,fresh fruit,yoghurt,porridge,three croissants,toast with spreads!!!!
