The room quiet and perfect to have a good sleep

I thought that the room was larger than what it appeared in the photos, so that was a nice surprise. The breakfast costs 10 pounds and is really nice.

I had an amazing stay at Holiday Inn Express. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Sharada, Punam, and Uma for their exceptional service every morning at breakfast. They thoughtfully remembered our vegetarian dietary requirements and kindly brought the vegetarian basil starters directly to our table each day, which made us feel truly cared for. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and this is now my second stay with Holiday Inn Express. Last year, I stayed at Holiday Inn Express Snow Hill, and once again the high standard of hospitality has impressed me. I look forward to staying here again in the coming years when I visit my daughter, who is studying LLB at University of Birmingham, travelling all the way from Singapore each year. Highly recommended!

The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The location is a short walk from the train station. The rooms are quite small but have all the expected facilities, and they are freshly renovated and very clean. The on site restaurant is great. We would stay there again, and in fact we did two days later on our return from a short cycle trip.
