Very nice room in a great hotel really close to station. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

I loved how spacious my room was. I enjoyed the full English breakfast and particularly enjoyed happy hour at the executive lounge, which was on the same floor as my room.

Lovely hotel, in amazing location, very central next to the main train station. Comfortable beds and lovely staff. Stayed there for my birthday weekend and had a lovely surprise with chocolate and a card in the room. Great value for money.

The hotel is excellent in terms of location, comfort, and cleanliness. The staff are friendly, especially the buffet attendants, Path, UMA, and Sharada.

We very much enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the staff and how they would jump into action whenever we had a problem or needed help. I would highly recommend it. I especially loved how Hani and Smile were so sweet and kind. We for sure would be back again.

Excellent location. Within walking distance from New Street Station, restaurants and shops (The Bullring and St Martin’s markets). Basic room but had everything you need. Bed was comfy and linen lovely. Nice thick towels in the bathroom. Staff were very helpful.
