Despite very busy hotel staff were awesome, polite and looked like they enjoyed their job.

Everything. The location, cleanliness, the room, bathroom, comfort, staff, etc. Would definitely recommend. Very very near to Wembley Stadium.

I liked the wide and varied choices offered for breakfast. The staff were very accessible and accommodating. The property on the whole was well kept and the housekeeping staff always ensured to present a tidy room.

Perfect hotel to explore London and get to legoland over 4 days. My son loved the make your own waffles at breakfast. Breakfast is great and room was ideal with smeg fridge for chilling your refreshments, would defo recommend.

I stayed for two days at the Green Ariana Hotel and was very satisfied with the experience. The hotel, room, bathroom, lobby, and restaurant area were all excellent. The hotel restaurant serves delicious Persian cuisine, and everything I tried was outstanding. A special thanks to all the staff at both the hotel and the restaurant for their professionalism and kindness. Highly recommended!

Everything location cleanliness and staff

we enjoyed the kettle and the heater in the room and the place was neat and clean. The Staff were always available to help and very friendly staff. We received all the extra help from the team and we are so grateful. it made our stay memorable.

The room was clean and tidy. The gentleman who gave us the keys was very nice and helpful. He explained everything about the stay. If you are looking for a cosy accommodation an hour from the centre at a good price. I can only recommend it.

a lovely place to stat . clean calm and comfortable

This is my third stay here over the past two years, and I have always had an excellent experience. I travel from Australia as a nurse accompanying a quadriplegic passenger for international flights, so the location near the Victoria Care Centre is ideal. The rooms are very clean, quiet, and well organised. Although compact, they have everything you need, including tea and coffee facilities, a TV, and a great shower. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the free parking is a bonus.

The staf at the reception : Raman, Natia and Raheem all were so kind, profesionals and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was very well prepared, varied and good value. The room was large, comfortable and very dark at night to help with sleep.

Despite all the negative reviews, we chose this hotel to accommodate our 15-member group of young and old football fans. When you don't have exaggerated expectations, there's nothing to complain about. The accommodation was exactly as we imagined. But we didn't go there because of the accommodation rating on Booking. The authenticity of the place is simply priceless. The many restaurants of different types and nationalities that we visited locally, the amazing Guinness at the Engiens bar that we had every day, the English breakfast at the station restaurant or the Afghan cuisine! You simply won't find that in any Holiday Inn. And everyone was smiling at us and very friendly. You just need to get to know a lot of places and not judge them based on reviews or reviews. For getting to know a different London than the center around Big Ben, this place is absolutely ideal. I'll leave it up to everyone to take it in their own way.
