Our main praise is for the night staff guy with a beard,on June 6th we got stuck at the theatre in milton keynes our booked car left as we were 30 mins late ending yhe show I rang the hotel, this staff member ordered a car to come and get us. Great service, needs a bonus

Good services and good communication. Helpful staff .

We had a large room with balcony and AC, it was really nice and comfortable. The food at downstairs restaurant was really good and staff was nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again! Overall was much better than we ever expected.

The food was truly exceptional and delicious Everything was cooked to perfection. So I wasn’t surprised when our breakfast was also perfectly cooked and very tasty. The hotel is excellent and our suite was great with an amazing view. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Clean environment and friendly staff

The hotel was beautifully furnished. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing. The room was spacious and so comfortable

Stony Stratford is great so is this pub and the guests. The tall manager was an utter imbecile of the 1st order that thinks berating a customer who stayed here with his dog in March of this year seamlessly with no problem at all is acceptable. Upon trying to check in at the bar with my dog @ 8pm, this imbecile berates me for bringing my labrador into the pub, "dogs aren't allowed in the pub" he says I tell him "to wind his neck I'm trying to check into my room" The room had no fan in the hottest day of the year, so I go & tell him we need a fan, he gets huffy saying "dogs aren't allowed to stay here" obviously narked that he had to take the one fan from behind the bar. I said "what's happened since March? When I stayed you were dog friendly, I'd even telephoned to ensure you were" He claimed that some dog had trashed his carpet and they had to replace it, which I don't believe happened at all. He was shouting at me in bar in front of a packed bar, I told him to wind his neck in and get some PR skills you're a disgrace to hospitality. I take the fan to the room, like a big girls blouse he shouts through the window "you can take your dog and go!" This is at 10.30pm, clearly ridiculous statement & we were staying Friday to Thursday He has hobbit like barman who's also not dog friendly, when off duty outside there was a vibe coming from him and accolytes we heard him say "here they come" when we parked up for the night Obviously we we furnished every other establishment with our custom! The pub itself is lovely and so are the customers, which is sad that he has any role in that pub

I liked the room size and decor.

Nice welcome. Comfortable room. No noise from the pub below (we stayed in room 3). Very good value for money

Quiet location. Good breakfast

Everything meant the perfect requirement. I enjoyed everything.

Great spot! Stayed here previously.

Very good staff especially at the reception. Mr Ioannis was very polite and accommodated all my inquiries with enthusiasm during the check in. The room and the facilities combining with the central location, was an excellent value for money.

* Stylish, modern design with a fun atmosphere * Lively bar and social area - great for relaxing or meeting people * Friendly, easygoing staff * Comfortable beds despite the compact rooms * Good central location, close to shops and transport

Receptionist were absolutely amazing, the restaurant was brilliant room was great

I love the view from our Windows at the lake. In every step of the day you could see a different Sky. The staff is very kind. I try the pub inside the hotel and was good too. If you want you could go to the activity all arounf the lake. I hope to enjoy another staying here in the future. Rebecca

We loved everything about our stay

The staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, polite, and professional. They were always welcoming and happy to help, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The bed was large and comfortable, with fresh, clean bedding. The lifts were always available, and the restaurant was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again and give it 10 out of 10.

good cozy clean room. All facilities were available.

Clean throughout. Great staff, particularly Amy who worked in the bar. Had the opportunity to speak with some of the management staff. Will probably book the facility for some training/ conference next year
