It has really good aesthetic. The hotel is situated close to multiple grocery/convenience stores, pharmacies, health facilities, and a Metrostation. Depending on which room you got, you may get a clear view of the city center. Since the breakfast is situated in the 5th floor, you get a gorgeous 180 Mountain View, and the view gets better during the winter when the city is coated in a light blanket of snow. Also, the emergency exits of each floor are everywhere and can be easily found.

Extremely convenient location with great views if you booked certain rooms but even without views, this is great hotel with updated interiors, furniture and new bathrooms.
