Very polite and helpful staff. The location is great. Close to all main attractions. You can hike to Gibraltar Rock (About 60-90 minutes). Parking is accessible, right in front of the hotel. The Wifi is good (100 mbps), with a stable connection.

The hotel was close to the Gibraltar border so it was very convenient to cross the border by foot. The staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was great. Lots of options. Parking is extra but was very convenient.
