We had a gorgeous experience at the Rodakas Hotel! The view was amazing, and the facilities were great. The staff was very pleasant and helpful! We will definitely come back!

The view from our room was spectacular! After being in Athens for several days we were very happy to stay in Akrotiri rather than one of the busier villages. The staff was very friendly and the village was fun to explore. Lots of great restaurants near by and it was also very easy to catch the bus to visit Thira.

We highly recommend this hotel. All the staff were incredibly friendly, and the view was absolutely stunning. If we visit Santorini again, we will definitely return.😊✨

Our stay here was the best we could hope for! We stayed in a room with private jacuzi which we loved, especially our 2 year old son. The staff was always polite and helpfull Teo and Maria will have a special place in our hearts. We loved literally everything. We think this is the best accomodation in Santorini. Quiet, best view, amazing location, great food. Everything on top 10/10

Excellent service and installations! Views to caldera. Kitchen and small supermarket at 100 meters. Akrotiri downtown at 300 meters with 5 restaurants. 15 min drive to black beaches and Fira. Parking at the facilities. Ultra safe. Top service with one person living in the facility. Air conditioning hot cold. All brand new being 2025. Shampoo, soap, conditioner, combe and more. Towels, pillows and bed in perfect shape. No noises. Small temple behind. Smart tv. Beautiful decoration. Jacuzzi impresive with extra towels. Ideal to be out of the crowd, rent a car, buy at supermarket (6 min drive from a big one). Many free parkings at all towns.

Great location, very near from the Caldera beach (700m) and from the village of Akrotiri with its restaurants (Misteli great, avoid Theofanis) and mini-markets (200m). The property is brand new so everything is in perfect condition. The included breakfast is brought to your room and is delicious, changing every day, each time a nice surprise. The cleaning is as good as in an hotel and discrete. You have some rooms in front of the Caldera so gorgeous view but a bit noisy due to the road, or other in direction South with view on the sea and the village, much more quiet. The services is excellent, George was always available and responding to our demands; so we were able to check-in earlier and particularly enjoyed a very late check-out (18.30) without issue or compensation; it was much appreciated.

The reception already was a very warm welcome with many helpful tips for the stay. The room was really nicely decorated and we felt at home right away. The facilities were all there (small fridge, airco, balcony with chairs, good beds and super shower). The facilities were superclean and were cleaned every day. We enjoyed a good breakfast with everything you could wish for, enjoyed the pool to swim and freshen up and had wonderful dinners at the pool side in the evening. We really recommend the kitchen! The public bus stop is next to the hotel for a good connection to all the places on the island (mostly via Fira, fixed rate per ride of 2 euro pp). The village with supermarket and restaurants is a less than 5 mins walk from the hotel. The museum with excavations and the famous red beach are also on walking distance although along a road with busy traffic (buses, cars and noisy and smelling quats). Superfriendly staff, large hospitality. They go every mile to make customers happy and comfortable.

This was a wonderful hotel. My teenagers and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing - so welcoming and helpful. The room was beautiful, the view was stunning, and everything was clean and peaceful. It is also a plus that old Akrotiri and the Red Beach is within walking distance. Would definitely recommend Kokkinos Villas.

Hotel is located on the quiet side of the island, without too many tourists around. View is breathtaking: able to overview the sea, crater and most part of the island without obstacles; over night, can see radiant lights from Fira and Oia direction. Stuff are super friendly and helpful, warm hearted and joyful communication through. Big thank you to: Alexandra, Dimitra, Isabel, Nikos, Aggelos, Ilias and more: ) You provided me such nice memory holiday on the island. I wish I can come back again in future! The pool is beautiful, and super relaxing. Felt time stopped.

We liked everything the apartment was lovely,amenities close by bus stop across the road.nice restaurants 5 minutes away food fabulous.our host alexandria was amazing she could not do enough for us,very attentive always at hand.she recommended places for us to visit could not speak anymore highly of her,she was fantastic!

The hotel is beautifully designed, the finishes are all very contemporary yet bohemian chic. The hot tub and the spacious balcony was also a great place to spend time. The food is superb and the service is natural and genuine. I was very warmly welcomed by the team and they were very attentive. Thank you to Markella for the welcome and advice, the bar/ restaurant staff for the professional service and the chef for his fantastic food. The housekeeping team are all so friendly and prompt. Particular mention for Christina who kindly checked in with me every day, offering great advice and tips on the island. She helped me rent a car and organised a boat trip and my transfers for the airport. Divino Caldera is a very special hotel and I would highly recommend it for a break.
