What to say...it was awesome! Beginning with the personal, the 3 guys were awesome. Chatty, super friendly, informative and always looking for our best comfort. We got recommandations for sightseeing (spot on), restaurants (closeby recommendation: The Good Heart) and they ordered vehicles for us (the whole renting process was very easy). The room was the cherry on the cake. Due to a problem with the air condition in the room we booked we could choose another room. We don't know if it was a room upgrade (felt like that) but it was free of additional charges. Thank you for this again! The view was a dream (waking up with this view was amazing), the neighborhood was quiet, pools with the right temperature and Caldera view in front and heated pool behind (no view but very nice style) the house. The rooms got cleaned every day with daily exchange of towels. The spacy bed was awesome. The interior was modern yet very comfy. The room was in a new complex 150m away from the main complex. We had to walk to the reception, main pool (very enjoyable with Caldera view and poolbar) and breakfast which we enjoyed thanks to the amazing view from the hill where this hotel is located. The breakfast was rich, big and tasty and again the view was amazing. We had almost the same everyday but additional wishes were always fullfilled. It takes some effort to get to the hotel when you come by bus/foot, especially when hot and sunny, as you walk up the hill through the village (it feels like a labyrinth :D). But from what we saw even this we enjoyed as the village of Akrotiri is very beautiful. The hotel is at a very nice and quiet spot away from touristic trouble and with the close distances on Santorini we had no problem to discover the whole island from here (closeby recommendation: the sunset at the lighthouse west of Akrotiri is also stunning and easy to reach in 15-20 minutes with a quad). All in all we can absolutely recommend the Kalestesia Suites.

Great location, very near from the Caldera beach (700m) and from the village of Akrotiri with its restaurants (Misteli great, avoid Theofanis) and mini-markets (200m). The property is brand new so everything is in perfect condition. The included breakfast is brought to your room and is delicious, changing every day, each time a nice surprise. The cleaning is as good as in an hotel and discrete. You have some rooms in front of the Caldera so gorgeous view but a bit noisy due to the road, or other in direction South with view on the sea and the village, much more quiet. The services is excellent, George was always available and responding to our demands; so we were able to check-in earlier and particularly enjoyed a very late check-out (18.30) without issue or compensation; it was much appreciated.

Stone is dark red - hence the beach sand is dark red.

Stone is dark red - hence the beach sand is dark red. Beach is closed to due to falling rocks. A rough walk to get to. Up and over stones and on dirt pathways. If you have time visit, but wouldn't go back.

The apartment is beautiful, we really loved the jacuzzi in the night and the location was for us the best, because you are not in hurry like in Oia or bigger towns, so you can enjoy the chill. You can also have some good restaurations by walk from the apartment. For us the best was White beach where you can go by a boat from the red beach (10€ for two persons I think), but all the beaches are so close.

This was a wonderful hotel. My teenagers and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing - so welcoming and helpful. The room was beautiful, the view was stunning, and everything was clean and peaceful. It is also a plus that old Akrotiri and the Red Beach is within walking distance. Would definitely recommend Kokkinos Villas.

I liked very much of the location of Acrotiri. Much less crouds than in Oia or Perissa or some other places. Few restaurants nearby and fairly easy access from the airport too. Very nice seaside restaurants close to Red beach also. Santorini is very beautiful ireland. I suggest to explose by foot for people more, if you are able to. Use busses, those are cheap and service if fine too. This is nice hotel. Everything worked fine for us.

Late arrival for only 1 night but the view of the room was magic with the best private jacuzzi on the roof top of the hotel. Direct view of the caldera from the room and the jacuzzi. Beautifful hotel swimming pool. Nice employees at our late arrival and at the morning breakfast. Far feom the too touristics Oia and Fira but close to the Black and Réd beaches. Close to the old prehistoric city of Santorini.

Absolutely stunning location, Open your doors and you face the sea with bright sunlight from dawn to dusk. Only pain point is that the bus from Fira is at 9 pm which should be extended consideringh tourist season. This is not hotel's fault but the authorities of Santorini must look into it. Red beach, white beach and black beach is nearby and anyone can take the boat ride to it.

I liked the room with the hot tub and sea view at this hotel; it was truly an exceptional experience. However, it's important to note that the property is quite far from the Akrotiri bus stop, approximately a 55-minute drive, so having transportation arranged is recommended. The hotel is located about a 30-minute walk from both the black beach and the red beach, which makes exploring these areas convenient. The breakfast served was unique and delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed it during our stay.

The tranquility of the hotel - set by the village in Akratori. You can walk to the archeological site and red beach The pool is clean. I would recommend that the hotel consider putting an outside shower by the pool so that swimmers can use before entering the pool. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and had a variety of items on offer. The hotel was very clean and towels were changed daily. The rooms were airy and had pleasant terraces.
