The hotel staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Being right across from the train station made things really easy — the location was excellent. We also had a great time at a few local pubs nearby. Breakfast was decent with enough variety. Our room was clean and quiet, so overall it was a comfortable stay.

The staff is super polite, the apartment was spotless. We had a welcome bottle of wine and authentic Hungarian strudel waiting for us. The breakfast was tasty. The hotel is somewhat close to all major attractions. The underground parking is great, although the public parking outside is free, and there were always a couple of spots available. All in all, it was a great experience.

The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about the hotel and the Concierge was helpful booking my requirements. One of the greeters just inside the front entrance, brought my luggage to my room and showed me and explained all and functioning of my room contents.. I enjoyed the time and my late lunch food in the NY Cafe,,, and the pianist..the decor is beyond words.

Location is perfect, great bakeries and restaurants in 5-15 minutes of walking distance, you can go everywhere on foot, but there is also metro access and plenty of parking. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Everything is new and the design is nice.

    Great hotel located next to the Keleti train station. The staff was super kind and helpful, and the room was comfortable and spacious enough for two people. Room cleaning is every day, which was highly appreciated. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options for every taste, although it can get crowded. Conveniently located near a subway station with two lines running, as well as tram and bus stops that will take you to the downtown area in 10-15 minutes.
