everything especially the services

Service was amazing! The staff is so caring and helpful!

The property was a bit dated but clean and well maintained. We liked the fact that there was a kids play room and free ice cream for the little ones. Access to the executive lounge was also a welcome surprise

Was very bad person and I paid the money and I didn’t live there because he wanna sleep with me

Room is good but beddings are old and stained. Food is good, always vegetables with bit of meat :) But that's already a good deal given the affordable room rates. Staff are SO friendly and helpful. What's important is I slept well each night. Don't expect too much, but it's quite decent

The staff, the cleanliness, the location is near Mampang Prapatan BRT station so just few hundred metres from public transport. the neighborhood, very nice people. This was my 2nd stay here.

The food service is great. The room is cozy and cold. There are plenty of electric outlet, so you might not need an extender. The staff is very helpful overall.

Nice people. Really make you feel welcomed here.

The location was perfect for what I needed to do in Jakarta. The room was big with good facilities and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of space and the aircon worked fine. There is a nice balcont/smoking area on the roof with nice views of the city.

Room is spacious compare to the price

Great value. Pretty facilities. Friendly staff. Awesome shower.
