A very high standard of accommodation, old world charm, very quiet, felt like we were staying in the countryside but only 10 min drive into town.

I love how friendly the staffs are, not pricy compared to other hotels in Killarney, they even upgraded our room so we can be comfortable in out stay and they helped us find a restaurant to eat when we arrived there really late and even called a cab for us.

Excellent 5 star hotel. Unloaded and parked your car. Extremely helpful staff. Room was accommodating and comfortable. Great breakfast. Centrally located.

The room was nicely decorated and clean. The mattress was very comfortable.

The location was perfect, close enough to the center of attraction to be convenient, but perfectly quiet at night. The staff on the front line is all family and or people who have been working there for years, close to thirty years, which tells a story in and of itself.

Staff = outstanding performance, Michaela checked us in, super knowledgeable and professional, friendly and chock full of pertinent information!!! Also, room attendants were Top performers- friendly and filled every request we had- they carried out their duties perfectly.

I believe there is available bigger room, so they upgraded our room. The staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend it to anyone

I was skeptical at first bc it was buffet style and the price point seemed a little high. But the food quality was really good and it was a cute quaint breakfast area. Old world charm throughout

Loved the location from the reception staff to the bar staff they were so helpful the food was good also the rooms were spotless this is our second year down their and we will definitely be back next January 😀

Loved everything about it!! We stayed in a suite which was huge and had everything needed for a cup of tea and coffee if wanted, also a huge bathroom and a jacuzzi in the room. Didn’t have time to use the thermal suite which is apparently also really good. In the room they even had toys for the kids !!! Which was great! Loved the location, it was quiet and romantic and would definitely recommend!! Also their breakfast has everything needed!! Not sure about the rest of their restaurants though, we didn’t try them.

We were upgraded to a room far from the front -- which was nice and quiet but a bit of a walk. There is a pub/restaurant downstairs which is super convenient and had quick service and delicious bites.
