A wonderful stay, I had bought my dad as a surprise for his birthday. Both my partner and I's room and my parents were clean and comfortable with lovely view. Check in was so easy and the girl was so kind and offered us free drink in the bar. The beds are very comfortable, wonderful amenities and a great breakfast selection. I will definitely return when I visit home again.

We loved it!! We loved the location, very comfortable and very clean!!

Location, ease of access, cleanliness

The hotel itself is in a great location. It's not a posh place but comfortable, convenient, and the staff (especially the breakfast crew of 2 women) is welcoming and super

Location and parking lot for the hotel.

Everything! Stylish decor - 2 bedroom suite perfect for my adult daughter and I. Wonderful staff - thanks Casey and Elizabeth! Restaurant and bars beautifully decorated - great food and service. Close to the main square- very walkable and across the street from Citilink bus station I can’t wait to return Should be rated a 5 star not a 3!!

Great location! Typical hotel room, well appointed.

We couldn’t get over how lovely and kind all the staff were at this hotel! From reception to the waiters and waitresses, we were completely blown away by the warmth and friendliness everyone showed us. The manager (a delightful lady with glasses—unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name) was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She made everything so easy and was just so lovely. Our stay was originally just for one night, booked through Booking.com. However, after a hospital appointment, we arrived hoping to see if a room was available for a second night. Not only were we accommodated, but we were also offered a great deal! Everyone was so smiley and genuinely happy to welcome us back—it truly made us feel at home. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We are so thankful and grateful to all the staff for making our two-night stay so wonderful. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
