The impression is that they read all the bad comments from other hotels and tried to make it right on their business. There is champagne in the entrance, free chocolate and water in the room. Bed is super comfortable, room is big and very clean. Towels are soft, shower is great. Air conditioner works like a charm, staff are always smiling. Breakfast is tasty and has many options. Elevator is big and fast. Location is great, you find everything in a walking distance.

We arrived in the middle of a holiday, late in the evening. The staff was exceptionally friendly throughout our stay. The room was extremely clean. Everybody was thoughtful and willing to help us with any problems even in the middle of the night. We were able to rent bicycles from the hotel and had a great time with them in Tel Aviv. Breakfast was not included with our room, but we ate at the restaurant in the hotel and had wonderful breakfast there. The food was excellent and - again - service super-friendly. It was awesome.

The staff was very attentive and focused on client. They upgraded my rooms status and it was really nice surprise. 24h free snacks and drinks (non alcohol) The great location. Beautiful garden, very cosy and green atmosphere. Thanks again. I will recommend this hotel to other travelers.
