The hotel is small enough to make you feel like family but large enough to offer any luxury amenity you may desire. From Gila and the front desk staff to Shachar and the breakfast room staff to concierges Ruben and Rachel to the security and bell staff, everyone made the guest feel special. And the Flame restaurant was awesome.

The staff was really nice, the hotel is near to the beach and the breakfast was ok, I can’t say that I love it. The jacuzzi area from 3 floor was really nice and relaxing

The location is great. The staff was exceptional. Every person I interacted with was kind, positive, and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a positive stay. Thank you to Tom, Leo, Ina, and the other wonderful front desk men (sorry I forgot your name) The breakfast and the service were great. I highly recommend staying in this hotel.

The hotel has a perfect location right in the center of Tel Aviv, with all the best restaurants, bars and shopping attractions very close by. Very friendly and accommodating staff who were quick to respond to any request from the room or the pool, especially Reut who was super friendly.
