Tower Room was amazing...loved the space and the decor. It was a one nights stay yet memorable. We ordered some samosas and chicken to snack in the room....delicious. Had a good experience at the Cheroot Malt & Cigar Lounge trying out cocktails from the Cholatails menu......was truly impressed with the liquid poetry curated! Breakfast at the Madras Pavilion was top notch too....... I have dined in Avarthana last year..this was my first stay...and i am definitely coming back again and hope to stay longer and enjoy the hotel and probably have a tour as i simply love the touch of culture and modernity added to it. Close to the airport hence perfect location for a transit as well whilst exploring the rest on India. Special mention to the staff who were very kind and Keerthiga who was constantly checking on us from pre-arrival rite up to departure.........that is something really thoughtful. TQ....and bravo!

Amazing hotel. Beautiful sea views with sunrise as a welcome bonus. Very friendly staff. Clean and expensive chauffeur driven cars. Recommend the airport pick up. Well thought out and generously sized rooms. Overall an experience to be had.

Breakfast was awesome with many choices. Very competent staff at Brasserie, very kind and helpful, special thanks to Tanamay, Rahul and Chef Murugan. Rooms were very clean, wonderful housekeeping team.

I reached at 9am and my check in time was at 2pm. The staff was so kind and help me check in immediately and upgraded from deluxe room to suite room. I liked the breakfast so much, there was so many healthy varieties to choose and the food was really delicious. The room was very clean and big.

After 4 days I had to stay for a longer period of time , and book another 5 days ! I just couldn’t leave. The food is out of this world. Compliment to the head chef and chef Darwan for this incredible buffet / feast. Everything was just fresh , tasty and a choice … I never seen that ! And then you have the kindness from everyone , the manager , le maitre de , and ashwinni smile every morning. Swimming pool is great , room is awesome , spa is incredible, the decoration is just top notch , the gym has everything once could need. I had to do a lot of things and they always took the time to help me with everything I needed so I could have a worry free holiday ! This 5 star hotel is truly a GEM and by far the best hotel I stayed at !!! With love Mathieu
