I had an exceptional stay at the Taj Palace in New Delhi. From check-in to check-out, the customer service was fantastic - everyone was kind, attentive and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Special shout out to Karan Singh, he epitomized what 5-star service should look like and he made Taj Palace feel like home for the week I was there. This is now the only hotel I'll stay at while I'm in Delhi and I'm definitely exploring more Taj properties after this.

Incredible atmosphere and architecture Buffet has great selection. Room service was fast and efficient. They even provided a microwave when I was having Delhi belly issues and needed to warm up home cooked meals from my family. Great value for the 5 star environment. Incredible location and all staff from housekeeping to servers and front desk were impeccable.
