the location is excellent, food is good its on Brigade road, shopping, entertainment and restaurants all you get in 100 meters.

The rooms given were not clean. There was a bad smell from the toilet that was felt as soon as I entered the room. There were multiple doors that were locked from the outside inside the room given. It did not feel safe. This was on the ground floor.

The location was very good, walking distance to shopping on Commercial St, Brigade Road and MGRoad and backing onto Church St. The metro station is close by too. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs on Church St and Brigade road. The food in the restaurant on the 13 th floor was good and you can order room service from the restaurant. The staff were very helpful and kind.

The hotel is excellent. Even before my arrival, the staff answered all my questions and concerns with great attention, which made me feel very confident. I was welcomed in the middle of the night with genuine care and kindness, which made a big difference after a long journey. The room is excellent: the air conditioning works well, the bed is comfortable, the pillows are good, the sheets are clean, and the towels are soft. Both the room and the bathroom were very clean. The balcony with a city view is a lovely bonus. If you are traveling with large suitcases, the room can feel a bit tight, but you can organize your belongings using the wardrobe and the space under the desk. The environment is quiet, without intense noise, allowing for a good rest. The location is excellent, very close to Nama Street in Bangalore, which makes it easy to get around and access important areas of the city. I highly recommend it.

Such a beautiful hotel with lovely staff! The room was huge and everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was tasty & the kettle in the room was a nice bonus. The staff went above & beyond to help us on multiple occasions - ordering food for delivery, organising bus tickets & storing our bags until our evening bus. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect - walkable to the shops & restaurants but far enough away that it felt less busy. We loved it here & would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you.
