Property needs major renovation. It’s far away from shown in the pictures. Inspite of having good location, property is not maintained. One has to search for its Name Board. Rooms are spacious but old furniture’s and fittings in bad shape.

The location was good in the panjim city centre. Nice friendly staff and very co operative. Good local transport and restaurants also available.

The location was excellent and the team was so sweet, helpful and available for all our needs and questions.

Centrally Located. Lots of good restaurants close by.

Good location. The room was comfortable and the staff was welcoming.

Newly built hotel with beautiful, spacious rooms and comfortable beds in a convenient location. Everything is within walking distance. Quiet atmosphere and attentive staff. Very good breakfast with a wide selection and plenty of friendly staff. Since there was a tax reduction for hotel stays in India, our bill was even discounted!
