I want to give special recognition to Chef Prakash, who truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. From the moment we arrived, Chef Prakash made sure we were well taken care of. The food he prepared was absolutely amazing, authentic, flavorful, and presented with such care. His attention to detail and passion for his craft clearly show in every dish. What stood out even more was his warmth and hospitality. The next morning at breakfast, he personally ensured we were comfortable and treated us to some of the best dosas we’ve ever had.
