recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and professional. They made sure every need was taken care of with a smile. The room and washroom were very neat and clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. All the facilities provided by the hotel were excellent and exactly as promised. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service

My company had booked a stay at Z Bliss Suites in the BKC area for me as I had come for a Business Meet, and I must say that I had a fantastic experience here. The property manager Randhir made sure that the check-in process was smooth and the room was ready upon my arrival. The room was clean, well lit, the bedsheets were washed well and ironed and the room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The steam room and spa were excellent, providing a relaxing escape. The gym was well-maintained and had good equipments. The overall ambience was peaceful and welcoming. Highly recommend this place for a pleasant stay!

Great location, great service, and great buffet spreads. The staff here go above and beyond to please you. Also really loved the hair salon on site, was very helpful. I’ll definitely be back.

The room was spacious and comfortable, clean to the last corner and had all the necessary furnishings required. The fan and AC controlled temp in the room very well. The bathroom was adequately sized.

Firstly i love the overall facilities- reception area, dining area and plenty of space to chill out.

The staff were absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful! My husband wasn't feeling well when we arrived and they gave us some medicine so we wouldn't have to go out late at night to find a chemist. The next day after we had checked out, they allowed my husband to rest in one of the dormitories free of charge as we waited for our late-night flight. The staff were there to help us with our every need and we were very grateful for their hospitality.

Clean and hygiene however the outside area of the main gate of hotel is dirty, smelly and poor.

The warm and friendly staff , always looking to assist and go the extra mile . They are truly an asset to this hotel group. The staff in the reception, guest relations, housekeeping,and concierge are truly where the excellence in this hotel comes from , always looking to make sure the guest is happy and feels welcomed. The staff is the heart of this hotel and the reason why guests keep coming back . I also commend the high food quality , all meals were fantastic , and there is a wide variety of food to cater for all dietary requirements. Will be coming back again .

All the customers of booking.com had horrible experience in finding the location. Fab gave you wrong phone number which ends with 424242 which is not the direct number of Palm Grove. Cab took us to 3 locations and finally we reached by paying double the fare of Cab. Surprisingly every customer faced the same problem

Nothing was good, the location was bad, the room was untidy, washroom was stinking and not cleaned, staff was rude and eeception was not willing to listen or get things better in the room
