Very nice warm pool inside the hotel, good breakfast, comfortbale beds and pillow. Big green territory, nice citrus trees with limons as in garden. Outside pool was open, but we dont use it because of cold water in the april.

Fantastic beach very close. Great activities for kids and adults. Lovely swimming pool at the hotel. Lunch and dinner were excellent

The hotel exceeded our expectations! Upon arrival in our car, it was a little tricky to navigate the narrow streets. We texted where we were on a map and they came to help with parking and hotel drop off - awesome! All staff were friendly and super accommodating. Beautiful hotel - like you are in a marble palace! Breakfast was excellent - tons of choices and wonderful service.Everything about the room was great! Modern while maintaining charm. Comfortable bed and cool shower lighting. View was awesome - right on the water! Close to everything: sites, restaurants, swimming! We had a wonderful time! Thank you for everything!

The staff were excellent from the reception to the dining room and restaurant staff they could not do enough to help us. The room was spotless and the cleaners were friendly and lovely. Roberto the manager was fantastic. They were all so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel

Very peaceful and beautiful, located in a quiet residential area. You need a car to reach the old town but this is not a long itinerary. The facilities are good and clean. The breakfast is very good.

Fantastic place near Syrakuza. Everything clean and comfortable. You can see that the Staff looks for every detail. The Staff od very kind and helpful. Especialy Izabela took care of us. The swiming pool od fantastic.

The villa is right opposite Ortigia, waking up to that view and being served breakfast in it’s garden was mesmerising! The room was very clean,comfortable and well maintained. We had such a pleasant stay.

What a surprise: an ancient palace with beautiful garden perfectly renovated with modern materials. The lady at the reception deserves to be mentioned: Extremely professional, helpful and joyful. I highly recommend this hotel

Lovely place with a small but nice beach.

Relaxing and so beautiful quiet Villa. We loved the grande garden, the flowers and palm trees and our nice patio. There is good place to do sun bathing and swim (summer time) in the pool. What an excellent breakfast! You can take relaxing walks in the surrounding landscape! Grazie!!🙂🥰☀️🌴🌺👍🍽☕️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

There were gluten free and lactose free options and the staff was super helpful and careful regarding my dietary needs. The room was lovely and spacious and everything was clean and in order. Loved it!
