Absolutely nothing to dislike! From the moment we walked in we were treated like royalty! From the front desk staff, to the bar staff to the restaurant - everyone made our stay perfect! This was our 6th time in Venice but first stay here. Exceeded our expectations! Thank you for some wonderful memories!

The hotel is tucked away on one of the many canals of Venice and with a beautiful view from the balcony, quiet area and peacefully set out room, this is a must when in Venice! Jump on a water taxi from the main train station and you're a short walk to the hotel. It is run by a family that are so lovely and with a restaurant downstairs that serves incredible dining in a courtyard littered with trees.

The position of the hotel is just perfect, love everything is in the old style, - you can just look out the window everyday.

Very friendly staff, great quiet location, only 20 min walk from Sta Lucia station. Would stay there again!

The room is very clean the place is l surrounded by many restaurants and easy to reach from santa lucia railway station.

Lovely quaint boutique hotel. Perfect base away from the venice tourism mayhem and just minutes away on vaporetto. Nice and calm, great eateries nearby. Hotel in giudecca is perfectly situated, has a great old traditional style and is like hotels should be. Very clean, breakfast is good, staff are the best. Highly rate this place.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay, thanks to the always friendly staff and the spacious room. The surprise waiting for us in the room on my husband’s birthday was a lovely touch and made us very happy.

Everything! The best hotel experience I’ve ever had

The room is very authentic, clean and had 3 windows. 2 of them had direct view to a canal. There was a sink inside the room and it was very convenient since my room had shared bathrooms. The bathrooms were always free so I also don’t have any issues. The hotel is beautiful and located in a very nice place.
