We visited Murano and Burano Islands.
We visited Murano and Burano Islands. Our boat ride was very noisy so we could not hear the tour guide at all as he spoke about the sites on our way to the islands. The tours on the islands themselves were very good. The glass blowing experience was very informative and our guide shared some personal experiences about growing up on Burano Island. Definitely recommend this 1/2 trip.

So glad we decided to stay in Murano our first three nights...
So glad we decided to stay in Murano our first three nights in Italy. We were so curious about the canals and booking the water taxi was the perfect way to transport from the station, seeing much of Venice as we made our way to Murano, and the next day to the other island stops. We enjoyed visiting the shops along the canals in Murano and also walking the interior. It's interesting and beautiful. We enjoyed outside patio dining at Osteria al Duomo so much we returned a second night. They also have later dining hours than most of the restaurants. Great food, atmosphere, and friendly staff. It's a hidden gem you will discover after walking through to the back door and onto the patio area. Don't let the front entrance appearance fool you. Enjoy!

Beautiful reception and breakfast room. Very good breakfast and coffee. The Staff were very friendly and efficient. Room very clean and comfortable bed. Quiet room.

The staff was super nice. The room, though it was not newly renovated, we had was charming according to the old soul charm of the Venice and the location was amazing too. 4 mins from the stop and actually it was possible to walk everywhere from that location. The Murano glass chandeliers everywhere. They upgraded the room for us with the canal view which was so kind and did really elevate the stay.

Everything was perfect! Great location. Elegant and spacious with a big balcony and lovely views over a courtyard. Beautifully renovated apartment with antique Murano chandeliers and a heartfelt tribute to his pilot father.
Fully fitted kitchen, great mattresses, comfortable pillows, water pressure perfect, etc.
Laura is a very gracious host who welcomed us warmly & explained everything about the apartment & surroundings. She offered many helpful recommendations and answered any queries quickly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing hotel.Lovely quieter location within walking distance of all sites.What made it for us was the warm welcome by staff, a free upgrade, a trip to Murano Glass factory and the delicious plentiful breakfast.Staff at breakfast were so nice

Fantastic home and experience. The owner provided very clear instruction videos on how to get to the apartment. The place itself is amazing. Very clean, very comfortable. Really nice bed and in a quiet location so we got a very good night's rest. The owners are real Murano glassmakers; make sure to visit the store near San Marco.
There are many lovely restaurants nearby, full of locals, not many tourists. The baker's around the corner is amazing.

Location of the hotel is amazing! Very close to water bus stops and all very walkable to the main attractions of Venice! Free boat tour and guide available to Murano was an added bonus!

The location was absolutely exceptional, only a couple of minutes walk from San Marco square and vaparetto stop, and in the middle of lots of shops and restaurants. We could walk everywhere, except the one day we took a vaparetto to Murano. It was such a typical old Venusian apartment, which was a fun experience! We loved the coffee machine and the kitchen/dining area was great.

Vanessa was awesome - very helpful and welcoming. The place made our stay in Venice magical. We were blown away by the decorations and the Murano glass chandeliers. The location was within walking distance of everything.

The hotel was in a great location right next to the famous Rialto Bridge, a supermarket right next door, and a 5-7 min walk to San Marco's Square. The hotel offers a complimentary trip to Murano, which we took advantage of. It was a lovely high-end crystal maker who provided insight into how they blow their glass creations, and then a tour of the factory store from which we purchased a memento to take home. They also took us back to San Marco Square afterwards.
