NetherlandsThe room was very clean and the decor was typically italian. Staff were helpful. We could leave our luggage upon check-out to enjoy our day. They even provide a space for us to change when picking up our luggages. Quiet area and close to the vaporetto station to get in Venice.

United StatesThis is a nice hotel at a nice price. Friendly staff, quiet rooms, great bathroom, air conditioning that is adequate. Murano is great for glass and much quieter than Venice. Venice is still easy to get to. I highly recommend.

We visited Murano and Burano Islands.
We visited Murano and Burano Islands. Our boat ride was very noisy so we could not hear the tour guide at all as he spoke about the sites on our way to the islands. The tours on the islands themselves were very good. The glass blowing experience was very informative and our guide shared some personal experiences about growing up on Burano Island. Definitely recommend this 1/2 trip.

So glad we decided to stay in Murano our first three nights...
So glad we decided to stay in Murano our first three nights in Italy. We were so curious about the canals and booking the water taxi was the perfect way to transport from the station, seeing much of Venice as we made our way to Murano, and the next day to the other island stops. We enjoyed visiting the shops along the canals in Murano and also walking the interior. It's interesting and beautiful. We enjoyed outside patio dining at Osteria al Duomo so much we returned a second night. They also have later dining hours than most of the restaurants. Great food, atmosphere, and friendly staff. It's a hidden gem you will discover after walking through to the back door and onto the patio area. Don't let the front entrance appearance fool you. Enjoy!

Affordable luxury: we stayed in a suite over looking the canal , hotel has private canal reachable by water taxi , great location , 20 min enjoyable walk to plazzo san marco and 5 min walk to Ca’ra d’oro water bus stop (line 1) as well as 5 min walk to other side to reach murano and burano

Children friendly (with marshmallows at reception made my little one very happy)

The property in very well furnished and equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay. The location is superb, near the vaporetto for easy access to Murano and and short walk to Rialto and San Marco. Just downstairs there are a couple of great cafes for a morning coffee or evening drink.

Most convenient location - close to 2 ports which helped to get to city or airport/murano easily. Very clean. Bathroom was awesome - great shower area. Kitchen had all conveniences. Overall very spacious apartment - big bedrooms and living area. Host was very helpful and gave useful tips on transportation and explorations.

Great location and vibe in the area. Easy access to pretty much everything you need. Getting picked up by the motor boat taking us to Murano from the double doors within the Palazzo was a highlight as well as the private garden we had access to. Friendly and helpful staff in every way. Modern and contemporary apartment as well as super clean. Highly recommend staying with them.

Excellent apartments. Highly recommended. Clean, everything we needed was provided. Great location, quite peaceful. There’s a nearby stop for traveling to the islands of Murano and Burano. The host is helpful and responds quickly—we received great restaurant recommendations.

Super nice apartment 3 min from San Marco square. We arrived late at night it was no problem, Umberto helped us a lot with his advices. Also we dine at his restaurant, a nice cozy restaurant with very good food and special meals of Italian style. All family enjoyed a lot the stay and exploring Venezia and Murano.

Excellent quiet location for reaching all locations (Rialto, train station, murano/burano). Very friendly welcoming host. The room is basic as you'd expect, but clean, spacious enough, functional and pretty. Luggage storage and very present front desk at partnering hotel a plus. I'd go back. Room was also well heated (march)

A fantastic hotel around 5 minutes walk to Piazza San Marco, the Cathedral & Doge Palace. A really great bar in the hotel with fabulous cocktails. A good atmosphere.
Room was perfect- beautifully decorated as was the hotel. A really great breakfast buffet included in our price.
Vaporetto stop to train, bus station only a few minutes walk away. The Concierge in the hotel is extremely helpful. The hotel also offers a shuttle to Murano & a visit to one of the famous Murano glass makers.

Fantastic apartment — spacious, with a magnificent interior, and very clean. It’s only a 10-minute walk to the main square, and about 10 minutes on foot to the waterbus stop for Burano and Murano as well.
Communication with the host was excellent. When we couldn’t find the apartment, she immediately came out to meet us and guided us there. I would rate it 15 out of 10.

Really easy access from/to Treviso Airport (40min by bus). Clean, quiet, good breakfast and attentive staff. Vaporetto in 2 min walking distance perfect to visit all the neighbourhoods of Venice and Murano Burano etc.
