The room was very clean and spacious.

Staff were very helpful. Our room was clean and was all we needed. Train station was 2 minutes away. Definitely will come again.

Great location and spacious room

The hotel is very impressive, elegant, newly furnished. Our room was very spacious and beautiful, perfectly serviced every day. The beds and bedding are comfortable. The coffee machine in the room made delicious coffee, it was a wide selection and the coffee stock is replenished daily at no extra charge. Breakfast was really good, fresh juice, various fruits, sparkling wine and more. The staff is extremely kind and caring. The hotel staff arranged a free tour to the Murano glass factory right from the hotel door. It was a really wonderful experience at this hotel.

The team at Venart will wrap you in their arms like a warm hug - they will literally do anything to make your holiday exceptional and bespoke. I can’t not recommend them enough.

Mr. Periera is a great front desk host along with other team members. Breakfast was nice. Room was spacious and clean and most importantly the staff is very helpful and accomodative. They allow ro store your luggage and use washrooms and refill waterbottles even hours after checkout. Thanks again Mr. Periera.

Hotel is amazing. Clean and the breakfast is a must. Options are endless and caters for all. Just a few mins away from the Trenchetto water bus station and it made traveling around the island so easy. Recommend for all types of travel. The hotel is truly nice and friendly staff.

The location is excellent as this is right next to Santa Lucia Train Station and close to the bus (ferry) service. We arrived by Bus from the airport to Tronchetto where we took the link to piazza Roma then just a little walk to the hotel but it is suggested to arrive by train as it is more convenient. The hotel is clean staff spoke very good English and were very helpful. On our last day the hotel even offered free luggage keeping for the rest of the day. The lift is very small and slow but we did not have to carry our bags up the stairs which was enough for us. We feel that it was wort our money and recommend this hotel very much.

We loved this place! Close to the main station, but still very quiet and charming neighbourhood. The staff were very friendly, from reception, to cleaning service, without exception. Breakfast was satisfactory.

Breakfast with quite a large variety, especially in sweet options; perhaps it could have included a few more savory choices.Excellent hotel location, right next to the train station and buses for trips to other parts of Italy, and 20 minutes from the airport. Nice, quiet area of Cannaregio, though perhaps a bit far — about 25 minutes — from the city center.

Lovely property. My room was quiet and peaceful, comfortable, and always clean. As a solo female traveler, I never felt unsafe.
