Exellent location, room for three (that we were), decoration, cleanness and very polite, smile and helpful staff. All was great! Absolutely recommended.

Absolutely nothing to dislike! From the moment we walked in we were treated like royalty! From the front desk staff, to the bar staff to the restaurant - everyone made our stay perfect! This was our 6th time in Venice but first stay here. Exceeded our expectations! Thank you for some wonderful memories!

Brand new hotel , amazing design and ambiance,excellent staff and service, very helpful to whatever we asked for. The quality of the food in all their restaurants was in high end standards! Also the location Super!

Location price cleanliness and the use of a very small space was ingenious! I don't use hotel rooms except to sleep in them,.

Decoration, location, clean very fresh

As some reviews say it is quite a small room and bathroom but I was only one person and I felt comfortable in it. I felt the location was good, there are a ton of stores and restaurants near it and opened at night too. Even if some say the decoration is old I find it quite charming. I didn't find it really dark is just the light is yellow kind.Breakfast was very simple but I think maybe just good to have something on the stomach🤷

Stayed 3 nights. It was quiet, room was well equipped and spacious considering the location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very central between Rialto & San Marco (10 minutes each way). Breakfast had a good selection of hot (scrambled eggs) & cold (salami, cheese, yogurt, fruit) & pastries. Overall it was good value, clean. Would stay again & recommend it to friends.

Nice and cosy, typical Venezian style. In the heart of Venice, could reach everything in a minute. Nice and friendly stuff. Will stay again in next visit.

Great staff, and close to St. Mark's Square and the Rialto stop! Everything was just wonderful, but unfortunately the room was damp and there was a strong smell of mold.

The staff of the hotel specially at the reception were very helpful and very kind with good manners. They are willing to assist you with anything you need. The rooms are perfectly clean and comfortable!!! Very good location of the hotel!!!

It was amazing, The stuff, the helped us with the languages, we had in our room a welcoming note with chocolates, they recommended a lot of places for coffee,restaurants, etc

Friendly stuff, very welcoming and helpful. Nice breakfast. Very cosy feeling. Location of hotel is excellent! Retro style is very cute and has its charm, happy to come back sometime 🙂
