Hotels near Procuratie Vecchie, Venice

The location of the hotel is very very good (1 minute walk to San Marco Square, all places to visit, sea bus stop, shopping places are right next to it). It is a very clean and new hotel. We also liked the breakfast very much. The room size was good according to Italian standards (we preferred a large room). The staff was very attentive and polite. During the reservation, I specified a room facing the canal and our room was facing the canal. Sea buses go to both the train station and the airport and transportation is very easy.

Perfect Location, Clean, Nice Design, but above all super friendly staff

It's a fabulous location, close to Piazza San Marco but in a quiet place on the channel. What is more important is that the hotel is VERY clean (seriously, the cleaning staff are incredibly attentive) and has brand-new furniture and equipment - a rare find in Venice. Highly recommended.

Excelent Location, just few steps from S. Marcos and transport station.

Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic hotel. Superb concierge, which makes your stay so much easier. They arrange for everything, with impeccable taste. My mum and I loved it.

Amazing room. Amazing location.Amazing staff. Wonderful stay.

excellent location, neat and clean and friendly staff. It's walking distance from waterbus station and the Alilaguna station that can take you to the Marco Polo Airport. Around the corner from the Piazza San Marco.

Close to everything. Great location

Extraordinary location, few blocks from San Marco square. They were waiting for us with a welcome card and a bottle of Prosecco, these details make a difference. The Venetian decoration of the room is not our favorite... but It's Venice!

Excellent location. Host very friendly and helpful. Installations very clean and organized.

It was a super nice experience. The stuff was super nice, it was super clean…

Very nice hotel, with an old-fashioned room. Perfect location. Breakfast was very delicious, simple but good. Highly recommend

SO good ! Friendly staff, perfect location, great room, good breakfast.

great location, friendly staff

Location is excellent. Really close to all the place that we want to go.

Situated right next to St Marks Square. Hotel is a 7/10min walk from Rialto waterbus stop (albeit there are a load of small bridges to haul luggage over to get to the hotel). Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of options which you would anticipate. Elevator to get heavy luggage to your floor (there is only one). Air conditioned rooms were amazing after walking around in 34C heat. Restaurant opposite is part of the hotel which offers 10% discount on meals when shown the hotel card/key.

it was a PERFECT stay! the Venetian hotel showcased the city's original culture in its decoration. COMFORTABLE beds and sofas A DELICIOUS breakfast with LOTS OF VARIETY! PERFECT location and VERY KIND staff Just gratitude!

It’s been a great stay because of the hotel and the amazing staff . All of them very helpful and a young guy was also more than polite

My fifth time in Venice. Stayed in the Gritti Suite with the lovely view of St Mark´s square. We were a family party two adults and two teenagers and our room had a large bed and our children had single beds. Room facilities very good. Breakfast was served every day in the room with more than you can eat. Housekeeping was immaculate (thank you Mary). Wi-fi was good. Jan and Lucas at the front desk were awesome. Good eating options nearby (1000 Gourmet, La Piazza) as well as local supermarkets. Took the water-taxi from the Airport which is a great option as it only takes 30min. We were lucky with the weather (no rain). Only had a bit of acqua alta for a small section of St Mark´s square for one day in the morning. Tip: check the tides ahead of your stay (info available online) to make sure you are not arriving when there is a high tide as you might have to drag your luggage across wooden platforms.

Absolutely stunning location. Our room was spacious and had a view of Piazza San Marco. The staff were super friendly, and the hotel had a lovely old-world charm feeling. Would definitely recommend 🙂

Everything was good,we stayed for 1 night. The room was cleaned ,warm and a nice design. The location was perfect,we also had a room with canal view. The check in and check out was also simple and helpful. ☺️
