Towels were soft, fluffy and plentiful and the room was made up each day. The safe and mini fridge was a nice bonus. The windows / shutters were fantastic and eradicated a great deal of any external noise, especially with the room being on the ground floor. The property was easy to find and only a 10-15 minute walk from Santa Maria Novella train station. Staff were polite and extremely helpful.
