Excellent breakfast every morning, very lavish hotel

Rhe location was great , across from the train station to bring us to all the major sights. The staff were lovely and couldn't be more helpful. We had a great stay.

This hotel was compact but impactful. The staff were great and let us leave our bags early since we arrived early in the day. When we checked in they gave us a cute little welcome bag that had fans in which were really welcome. The location was brilliant. It's on the loop line and only a few minutes from the station. We visited Universal Studios from here and it was really easy to get there from this hotel. It's about 15-20 mins away by train but super easy!

The onsen was very clean and peaceful.

It was easy to find and the staff were friendly. We decided to stay one more night and they arranged it with no problems.

Amazing room, great equipped (even with a steamer) and very close to Osaka station.

The location was perfect for our needs. They have a fabulous breakfast spread and everyone was very helpful. We needed to take a train and bus to different locations in Japan and both were located within a short walk from the hotel. Beautiful room and super comfy bed! Can't recommend it enough.

Best location in Osaka, Great restaurants and cool bars are around here. Walk easily to Umeda in 15 mins.

I loved everything about the property ! It’s absolutely beautiful-very modern, it’s super clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Valentino and Makoto made us feel at home ♥️

The hotel is in a convenient location in the vicinity of the Osaka Station, and you can either walk (10 to 15 minutes) there or take a metro from the subway station which is on the main street from the hotel. The staff are super nice and amazing, and even though checking in is not allowed before 15h, our room was cleaned so we were able to be accommodated earlier. There is the option to leave your luggage at reception and go around the city in case the room is not ready. The rooms are spacious, and quite comfortable. The beds are bigger than other hotels we stayed at. The lightning could be little improved, although it was still fine if you turn the desk lamp around. Your room is refreshed every day, and even if you have the DND sign on the door, the staff will leave clean towels on the door, something that we have not seen in other places. There are a couple of restaurants right next to the hotel, Family Mart and 7 Eleven right at the entrance, The bathrooms are larger than other places, so you can really relax here and enjoy in the tub filled with warm water. As this hotel is part of the Mystays Premier hotel chain, I can definitely say that it is way above the standards and we would certainly stay here once we are in Osaka again.

Outstanding room. Large for Japanese standards. Crisp cotton sheets. Very nice shower. Attentive staff. And strong coffee!
