I like everything in the room and the warm toilet seat, especially when I visited during winter.

Excellent location, excellent service, Onsen water in bathtub, great view.

Clean and neat. Very quiet considering the location is close to restaurants and metro.

The bed is really good. The shuttle bus is also good. I like the location, although it is not close to Namba, it is really quiet. I had an experience staying at Mitsui Garden Hotel at Okayama. Okayama’s is good enough. However I can prove that Osaka’s Premium version definitely stands out and it is worth the price.

The location is amazing. I stayed on the 14th floor and it was amazing and i slept very comfortably!

Efficient, clean and great value for money. Location is perfect directly in the middle of Dotonbori and Osaka station. Also having a train station outside within like 10 steps was so convenient. It was right by the Science museum which I hadn’t heard of and was pleasantly surprised by that too. TV in your room displays so much useful information like current coin laundry status (vacant, in use with time left) it also had free mirroring for your phone. It had clear dates on when your room was being cleaned, how full the onsen is. Also walking distance from Nakau which was probably my favourite place to eat, very cheap and yummy with self service ordering machines

A perfectly nice hotel. Good location, spacious and affordable. One of the three laundry sets needs looking at. Ideally, the sets would be replaced with the ones that do it all in one go, so that you don't need to manually shift your clothes from washer to dryer, but they do the job.

I enjoyed the breakfast because there are a lot of choices. Great service too! The staff were very courteous. I looked forward to waking up in the morning to have my breakfast.

Room is spacious enough for two suitcases. Staffs are very friendly, they sent our suitcases into the room before we return to hotel. Various amenities, even skin care sets. I guess it's ladies package?? But very thoughtful and helped a lot, cus I forgot to bring cleansing!

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for two nights before heading back to Europe, and it was the perfect choice. The location is ideal—close to the main train station with easy access to the airport, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel itself was very comfortable, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Osaka!

Lovely rooms, very friendly stuff, perfect location.

Enjoyed the whole experience of the Hotel Monterey Osaka, Only real issue I had is trying to find out how to turn off the lights to go to bed the first night. Was not aware of special buttons on night stand. Actually a guy that stayed there and did a YouTube video showed his on the headboard. LOL.

Very clean and very helpful. I could leave my luggage before checking in and even after checking out! Amazing! The location is great! Higobashi station is not even a 1 minute walk.
