Very nice rooms including kitchen and washing machine. Only two stations distance to Shibuya and easy access to the Hibiya line via Nakameguro. The staff is nice and helpful and rooms are very clean. You have a small balcony and can open the windows. And also free coffee in the lobby ;-) Great for longer stay.
