It was central, the area was really nice and the hotel was clean, comfortable and staff were really friendly and helpful.

Location (near to lots of restaurants n cafe) very close to Metro , and they have onsen which is perfect after a cold day out during winter.

Great location not too far from the Shibuya station. Kind staff and easy check in services

The location was superbly convenient. The breakfast options were varied and delicious. Most important, the front desk service was terrific.

The staff was excellent. The receptionist who served me from 2/7 to 2/9 was very friendly and tried her best to meet my needs. To be honest, I was a bit wary of booking this place because of the initial reviews, but I'm glad I went ahead because it's within walking distance from all the places I wanted to visit in Shinjuku. The room is fairly quiet and comfortable, and it has all the basic I needs I expect from the hotel.

Hotel Queen Annex was an amazing property. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in every aspect. From the staff to the amazing rooms. As a solo female traveller from Australia - it was safe, secure and in the middle of the GLBTI 🏳️‍🌈 scene at the front door. It was still private and quiet even being near all the gay and lesbian action. There are soft drink and alcohol vending machines inside the hotel, plus a microwave.

Free toiletries like toothbrush, hair brush. Close to amenities, out of all 4 hotels we stayed at in Japan this one was our favourite. A bit more spacious than others, very friendly welcome by a domestic and reception staff. Clean. AHH free wine as well at the reception!!

24/7 staff avaliable as well as luggage transfering services. Very close to many train stops and centre of Shinjuku with many Restaurants 😀 Very clean and modern- my favorite hotel we've stayed at during our Japan/Korea trip! Staff can speak basic English.

Comfortable and Great access to Tokyo

Everything was just fantastic! They treated us like royalties all the time! The room was extremely clean and organized every single day.

We had the sauna room which was a very enjoyable experience at the end of a long walking day. Brand new facilities - very clean. About a 10 to 15 minute walk from Shinjuku Train Station.

Excellent location in Shinjuku and affordably priced. The rooms are compact (to be expected) but there is plenty of space under the bed to store suitcases and you just have to adapt when staying in Tokyo. There are washing machines and microwaves on various floors which was very handy. The hotel leaves toiletries etc on the ground floor so guests can take them as they need. Pajamas are provided on each floor. The hotel buffet breakfast was surprisingly very good and diverse and very well-staffed. The hotel is very popular so has a buzzy tourist vibe about it but you never had to wait long for an elevator, even during busy periods.

This hotel is perfect. Language is still a challenge but the service is absolutely terrific. Ambiance is very relaxing with lots of amenities and giveaways. Rooms are spacious and complete. Highly recommended.
